One of the interviewers came across as arrogant and dismissive. Simple questions were answered with condescension, and there was little effort to listen or engage meaningfully with my responses.
An interview should be a two-way dialogue where both the candidate and company evaluate fit, but in this case it felt more like a one-sided lecture. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company’s culture and may discourage strong candidates from joining. Professionalism, humility, and respect go a long way in attracting the right talent — unfortunately, these qualities were missing from this experience.
