Interview
I felt like this was a typical interview process. I had an initial screening with someone from HR. I was then interviewed by the VP & leader of that office location. After a few days I was contacted by HR again and provided with an offer letter and other paperwork.

The main interview focused on my experience in accounting/bookkeeping, my career goals, and included a few behavioral type questions.
