Personal Interview process focussing on domain knowledge and behavioural aspects of a candidate. Good questions were asked by the interviewer on employee relations and the new labour codes. They posed situational questions as well, more like short case studies to check the strategic thinking ability and analytical processing capacity of candidates.

Frist, they give Pre-placement talks then make shortlist for Group discussion, on the basis of GD they further make a shortlist for First Round of Interview, then candidates who clear FRI go to Second Round of Interview
