Interview
There was an initial round of aptitude test with a mix of java questions, some of the questions were plain out from the popular websites and had no hidden meaning other than to filter out candidates
The main interview starts in the second round which is a face to face technical interview, Questions are mostly based on the basics of core java, design patterns and a bit of the internet
The third round is a HR interview that is taken by the CEO.

Worst process I have ever seen.Before the Interview they will decide the CTC(what nonsense) which means they just dont care what skills you have.On the call they will say that their client is ready to meet your salary expectations and after you reach there they simply dont take your interview saying they cannot give the salary you are expecting.They inform you that your interview will be of 2 hours including 1 hour of practical round and 1 hour of Personal round.After you go for the interview they will tell you that the practical round will be of 4 hours.The company info says that it is a company of 50 but when you reach there you can see hardly 4-6 people working in a small room.Sheer wastage of your time.

Technical Practical round. and It is a bad experience. They have said to me for technical interview for face-to-face and take practical round of my. They have wasted my time.
And the environment is very bad of company. And there is not any proper process for interview.
And they have done practical round code review in front of me and if there is any mistake of error then they will become angry and shouted and say many bad word to you.
