There where 4 interviewers, the Project Manager of the Web Application department, the designer and a lead developer. The asked both personal questions(how are you doing with your school, when are you going to finish, can you spare 14 hours per week, etc) and technical questions about my programming experience. They were mostly interested on previous experience and not so much for students who show an interest to learn and can adapt/learn new technologies fast, as they don't really want to spare much time to train you.
