      I had a very disappointing experience throughout the interview process. I progressed through three stages, during which I was consistently given the impression that I was a strong fit for the role. However, the expectations were not clearly aligned from the start, and it became apparent towards the end that the role had been inaccurately advertised. The position differed significantly from what was described during the earlier stages, which felt misleading after the time and effort invested. Additionally, part of the final assessment seemed to rely on familiarity with their internal platform, something I was not given the opportunity or resources to properly learn beforehand. Being evaluated on this, especially as an external candidate, felt unfair. Overall, the process lacked transparency and consistency. I would encourage the company to better align job descriptions with actual expectations and ensure candidates are assessed on fair and relevant criteria.
