I applied through campus and was called for the process at their regional office. First was form filling and den subject test for 90 minutes if you clear test in your respective subject then you have to give demo for about 15-20 mins which actually will get recorded and after review they will get back to you.I feel if you are good at subject and clear written with good marks half d job is done then demo on topic of your choice is actually easy one.

Simple test with no proctoring followed by HR and knowledge based round and a demo record to analyse the teaching style of applicant in remote style. The interviewer were quite helpful and were from some eminent faculty of the AESL.
