      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aarki

      Interview

      A long process with periods of ghosting. An external recruiter coordinates the process. I was first contacted by a recruiter, completed a screening call, and scheduled a video call with the hiring manager for the following week. After that, there was a two-week silence during which I had to chase the recruiter for an update. Eventually, they sent over the case study and confirmed the date for the presentation. No feedback after the final interview despite the promise to come back in 1-2 business days. Overall, the process felt poorly coordinated and required me to repeatedly follow up and chase for updates.

      Question 1

      They tried to assess culture fit by asking how I manage in a fast-paced environment. If you read the reviews or speak with current employees, you’ll understand exactly why this question matters. They also want to ensure you’re strong at negotiating and selling, which is essentially what the case study presentation tests. Overall, the case study presentation felt designed to break candidates down, with confronting questions that doubted my knowledge of both the product and the industry. All three interviewers suddenly turned hostile, almost as if their main objective was to make candidates sink under the pressure.
