I was called by staffing agency, after sharing my updated resume there was telephonic interview by HR, then face to face interview by the functional head for review of skills it was more friendly than expected, thereafter before final selection there was physiological and analytical online tests for personality test
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Abengoa (Madrid) in Apr 2011
Interview
Slowly process, there was a test done by an internet application and a personal interview with HR staff. No feelings the process was efficient at all, feed-back from HR was only if successful.
