Met with Mark Crowley, the sales director, and first had a phone interview. He explained to me the software, goals for the company, and where they were headed. We then discussed my background and if I thought working at Crystal would be a good fit. I informed him that my goal was to to be a Corporate Sales Director and run several reps beneath me.
