Abilityfirst interview questions

After a phone interview, they sat me down with the director and I spent an hour discussing my skills and experience, then I sat for another hour with two other employees I would be working with and repeated the same discussion I had with the director . Finally, I sat for 30 mins or so with the head of the department and again discussed my skills and experience. Overall it was a lot of talking about the same stuff over over

Very quick for the first interview. Focused primarily on if I could pass a background check and if I knew excel. Second interview was more of a panel and at their other office.
