The phone and initial interview with the Branch Manager was very good but the interview with the Director was bizarre. She couldn’t explain what a coordinator does, the salary or benefits. She asked about my personal life but didn’t ask questions about my work experience. The HR dept lost my application paper work so I had to complete documents two times.

Director asked me a bunch of questions about personal life, she also told me about problems with current Able employees

The interview process was easy and straight to the point. The interviewers asked about my experience and about my qualifications and how it applies to current position I’m applying for.
