Easy and simple. Basic availablity and knowledge of SEO may be asked. Nothing complicated. Test is required before final rounds. Interviewer was polite and understanding. Writing speed is useful for the test.

Smooth. You give a writing test and an interview. The passing ratio is very low. If you don't have knowledge of sports, you will most probably not go through it.
