Well polished talks. They are fooling the jobseekers. Please don't waste your time by attending their interviews. Whatever they say their are just lie. There's no basic fixed salary. All they do and want to do is corporate begging by fooling people around the corners in the name of fund collection for NGO's.

First round is for form filling and small aptitude test and second day was again aptitude and if you got selected they took you in market where they are asking for money in every door in name of NGO.
