Interwiew:lasts about 15minutes, conducted by some British woman. She was very positive, talkative. But after that, hiring process was very strange. All hiring process was through out Skype. Every person gets personal trainer who helps you through other trainings. But you only chat on Skype. Because of different time zones, they were answering me in the middle of the night or in the early morning(4a.m.-7a.m.) of course that I answer when I wake up and see messages on my phone. I never saw a face of any trainer. We had training about company values and things needed for teaching in this school. This was also preparation for the demo class. I passed the demo class with a score of 85 points (of 100),on Skype, with student. After that I had to have ClassIn training. But never got to that training because my. Trainer was mad about me because she was waiting for me to schedule training about 10 minutes. It was early morning in my country I woke up, gave my training availability at my time and went to the toilet. She usually answers next day, in the middle of the night. Now she was waiting for me to answer her. When I got back from restroom she told me that it is my only chance to come to that training and she can't reschedule f I need that for any reason. I didn't want to tolerate or any threatenings or behavior which not professional. She told me that it is only chance to come to that training that day, even we spoke about different time zones. If not I would have to apply another time for their company. So I refused and sad that I'll never apply for that school again and that I quit.
