Accel Marketing Solutions interview questions

Had a video interview with the owner that was very standard for the job & field. Was given a topic to write a sample blog about and was told someone would reach out to schedule a call with another team member but instead he offered me the job when he called back. I was given a verbal offer on the phone and he was shocked when I asked for a written one to review. Pretty ironic for an agency that services law firms.. Pretty low salary for the area they operate out of and outdated benefits. Ultimately declined because the office seemed far too rigid and poorly managed with no room for growth. It was about $40,000 and a week’s vacation, 9 hour days.

Received a call offering me an interview a few days after applying. Positive experience overall, pretty easy interview. I personally thought the office was too small and quiet, not very lively.
