I recently went through the interview process for a Salesforce Enablement Specialist role. The team was very responsive at the outset and moved me quickly through three rounds of interviews within a single week. All of my interactions with interviewers were positive, and the conversations felt substantive and aligned with my background.
During the final interview, the PMO Director asked about potential start dates, which gave the impression that I was a strong candidate moving toward an offer.
However, after that conversation, communication went silent for approximately two weeks. I followed up a few times and was told there was an unexpected delay due to internal circumstances. Ultimately, I received a generic rejection email late at night with no specific feedback or follow-up conversation.
While I understand that hiring priorities can shift, the contrast between the strong engagement during interviews and the lack of transparency in the final stage was disappointing. Candidates invest significant time and energy in multi-round processes, and clearer communication—especially at the final stage—would greatly improve the experience.
