I had a very disappointing experience with Accelirate. It seems they schedule interviews not to genuinely evaluate candidates, but to get free product demos and save on vendor costs. During the interview, it became clear that their main intention was to see a demonstration of a technology rather than assess my knowledge or skills for the role. This is unprofessional and a waste of time for candidates who prepare seriously. Using interviews for such purposes shows a lack of respect and integrity. Overall, a very bad experience — I would not recommend engaging with them.

In this ongoing selection process, the tech round remains pending while the aptitude round was found to be easy. Participants still need to complete the tech round as they move forward in the selection process.
