The partner at Access called me while I was on the way to work during a snowstorm and insisted that I go to my office and turn on video so he could "see" me. Then, he asked me some to his office during this heavy snow day and turned up an hour late. Finally, he let me know that he built this business when he failed as an actor and asked whether I knew Vijay (I am brown, but don't know every brown person on earth). He finally told me he likes curry. Later, he changed my resume despite my explicit ask not to in order to say I can temp and that I can change light bulbs for the company (I am tiny and can't). It was for an hourly facilities manager role which I would be unqualified for because I am a hedge fund chief of staff! The company too was all the way in NJ and when I went, I saw it was a tech company looking for a tall man to do the job. Horrible experience all around. Don't waste your time here.
