It went very smoothly. The interviewer told me the job, the protocols and alogorithhms they use to triage patients, outlined what training looked like, and when I could start. They sent me an email detailing scheduling, compensation, and benefits. They asked regular interview questions looking for how I dealt with conflict in the workplace, what I believed my strengths and weaknesses are, what my beliefs about dealing with patients and being part of a team are.
All in all, it was professional but also relaxed and not clunky at all.
