I was contacted via email regarding my application and resume. I then completed a phone interview, during which we discussed the company and position as well as my background and career goals. Since I was an out-of-state candidate at the time, they later accommodated me with a Skype interview. After the formal interview, I was extended an offer verbally and in writing.
