      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accord

      Interview

      Three rounds: Call with Head of Engineering, Technical Screen, Meeting with Hiring Manager. The technical round consisted of a LeetCode-style question, which wasn't too hard, and tested logic rather than memorizing algorithms. The second half was an open-ended system design question where I could talk about low-level design or high-level design.
