Overall the interview process ran smoothly and contained mostly behavioral and hypothetical questions. First interview was online one on one, the second in person with two different groups of people. The first group of three was intimidating but polite, but the second group of two with higher ups was very friendly. Questions were mostly behavioral and they described their company role and asked how candidate could fulfill their needs. In reality, the in-person interview was normal and conversation flowed to the point that I thought I had a good chance at an offer. The post-interview process is where it got negative. They completely ghosted me and kept me waiting for weeks without reaching out to the recruiter that served as the intermediary. So if you interview here beware of being led on about the company and then ghosted.
