Ace Recycling and Disposal interview questions

Attended 2 separate interviews. I was initially offered the position prior to my graduation. Despite the fact that I was taking 6 classes (18 credit hours) at the time, I did as I was instructed by 'Mike Baker,' (who I happened to attend high school with nearly 20 years ago) and put in volunteering hours to obtain my "Recycling Ambassador Certification," at the University of Utah plus paid a fee to join the Utah Recycling coalition. Not the mention the time, energy and effort that was put into submitting my resume (TWICE! per Mike's request), and commuting to the interviews on two separate occasions.
