Interview
I was interviewed by two department heads, the interview was fairly standard really - lots of questions about me, my experience, and how I would apply that to the job and how I'd overcome problems etc. I had prepared quite a lot so had lots to discuss and present which seemed to go down well.
I wrote a cover letter and a CV. I was then invited to an interview, which took place over Zoom (it being the pandemic at the time). I was asked a series of questions and had a chance to hear more about the role. After that I was asked to complete 2 writing tasks, which were creative and enjoyable.
