I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ackerman Security (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2011
Interview
I was grilled by the human resources lady. I answered the same questions over and over and she acted as if she was trying to catch me in a lie or discourage me from the job. She was not friendly but her assistant was. She was also a nightmare to deal with once I was employed.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? Why are there gaps in your employment?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ackerman Security (Norcross, GA) in Dec 2019
Interview
I came in early and talked about previous work experience. I also spoke on positive work traits that fit the customer service role. Many questions and answers were discussed regarding the company and service details. The hiring manager was great he made the process simple and direct. I also had an over the phone interview speaking about personality traits and good qualities to possess to succeed in a call center environment. The interview felt brief and very relaxed, the interviewer was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable over the phone. Going through the interview felt natural and organic. Now being apart of the company at Ackerman Security, it feels like a home away from home.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ackerman Security (Norcross, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, just your basic interview questions. The manager that interviewed me made me feel very comfortable. My only problem was being told to take an hour long assessment after the interview.

Hiring/Interview is fairly easy. I will say though once hired, training for the ancient software is way too quick! software still uses F key functions. Also training is only 2 weeks.
