Interview
I had an initial call screen with the recruiter followed by a phone interview with the managing partner. Following that. I was selected for an in-person interview with the Managing Partner and Managing Director at their offices. Following that I was selected for a final, in-person interview with Managing Partner. After receiving a verbal, I had a final, in-person meeting for the offer presentation

Interview
Interview process was good. Was not dragged out in to multiple rounds like some companies do. The team seemed very engaged and protective of what they're building there. Cautious to hire the wrong talent which is understandable.
