easy and fastest process hiring people. Convenient process coz it's virtual interview and interviewer is kind and professional enoughnterviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
more on situational question. your answer will depend base on the scenario given. you will have to make sure that when you answer the question you give an example where you find yourself in the same scenario and how did you apply your action and what was the result.

It was a breeze the intervirwer was accomodating very helpful makes you gather your thoughts does not interrupt and asks relevant questions the interviewer also provides a safe environment for you to speak yourmind

Interview
You will pass your resume and wait for their call for 2-3 business days. as for me I receive it 3 days after I passed my resume. basic initial interview process is through phone call and after I pass the initial interview 5 minutes after I proceed to zoom call for final interview.
