I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ActBlue
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. There was a Recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, then a couple panels with folks you’d collaborate with. 4 total interviews. It moved pretty quickly, maybe two weeks total.
Rating the experience neutral rather than positive due to no feedback. All interviews went well and were left on a positive note. Received a boilerplate “moving on with other candidates” after final rounds.
Other Product Manager Interview Reviews for ActBlue
The recruiter was 15 min late to the interview and gave a "Ooops I didnt see you waiting" excuse. Very unprofessional. Aside from the terrible reviews I read online about ActBlue I decided to give them a chance anyway but the tardiness and unorganized interview turned me off completely.
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ActBlue (New York, NY)
Interview
4 rounds of interviews over a month long process.
The HR / Recruitment team was mostly disorganized and uncommunicative and mentioned that they were working on their process.
Final day included 8 interviewers. The feedback on my application and interviews was positive but the position was competitive and they went with someone else out of about 6 finalists.
Based on a few things I will not mention here, feel like I may have dodged a bullet.
Questions were easy and/or straightforward for PM interviews.
