I applied online. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Houston, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
There was an initial phone interview with a recruiter who explained the role briefly, and the responsibilities. This call lasted 20 minutes, and was very upbeat and insightful to the steps of the interview to hire process. It also included a couple of questions such as “why do you want to work in ABA?”, “how were you initially introduced to ABA?”, and also the recruiter explaining their experience with the company. Next, I was invited to the center for an interview person interview with the senior analyst who was very polite and that portion lasted 25 minutes. She also went over the pay structure and asked me if I had had any previous experience and if I would be okay with driving from one center to another should the other center need the extra coverage.
