There's an initial phone call to assess your interest and experience, then an in person interview containing scenario based questions about how you would handle situations with patients and how you have handled things in the past. It's beneficial to demonstrate experience with children and an enthusiasm for play based therapy.

Phone interview was very brief. They asked about my experience working with children. Next interview is in person at the location I applied to in Lakeway Texas to shadow a RBT.
