The entire interview process was very organized. I had an initial interview with the recruiter, a clinical interview with a Clinical Director, and then an in person interview with the Operations Team. Everyone I met with virtually and in person was incredibly informative about the company, had been with the company for a minimum of 3 years and was incredibly down to earth.

We discussed case loads and billable hours requirements. They allowed me to ask a lot of questions and were able to answer all of my questions.
