I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AcuityMD
Interview
Overall, a standard interview process. Start with a recruiter screen, then hiring manager screen, followed by a handful of team interviews and a final panel technical/presentation. Generally pretty responsive/attentive while you were interviewing.
After the final round the team went entirely blank. No follow up, recruiter didn't respond for a week + and when I followed up they hit me with a delayed OOO email (they weren't out of office just sent me a template they aren't responding while they were OOO over an hour later). Finally had some lower level recruiter send me a rejection note 2 weeks later randomly after work hours.
I can understand there are a lot of applicants and it's a lot of work but if someone gets to the final interview rounds some small/personal feedback on reason for rejection isn't that much to ask.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical interview questions for an SE role. Talk about working crossfunctionally, when did you make a mistake/what did you do? How do you work with product/sales teams.

Interview
Overall the AcuityMD interview process was one of the most thorough and well-structured I have experienced. The team invested genuine time and energy into the process — including prep sessions with the hiring manager, two full panel presentations, and substantive feedback throughout. The interviewers were sharp, the questions were thoughtful, and the process pushed me to grow as a candidate regardless of the outcome.
My only gripe was that one of the earlier interviewers came across as visibly disengaged during our conversation — at one point repeatedly chewing on the collar of his shirt throughout the call, which was a bit distracting and made it difficult to gauge his interest or read the room.
That aside the overall experience was professional, challenging, and genuinely impressive. AcuityMD clearly has high standards and invests in their hiring process. Would recommend applying if you are interested in the MedTech space.

Interview
The interview process was ok. During one of the final interviews I got asked very vague situational questions. I could tell the interviewer wasn't paying attention, and was just reading from a sheet of paper. They were also not transparent on the pay range for the position, and would not answer direct questions when asked about it.
