I was initially contacted by the CMO via LinkedIn. We had several phone conversations and at the time, I had several job offers and was about to discount Acumatica when the CMO convinced me that if the other companies really wanted me, they'd be willing to wait until I had the chance to make the right decision. He encouraged me to travel from Atlanta to Seattle for an interview with the team which ended up being the right decision. I met with all of the upper level management, got a feel for the culture and walked away impressed with the organization.
