I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ad Astra (Silver Spring, MD)
Interview
There was no interview. I sent in my resume and was invited for an orientation session through an e-mail. After the orientation session I was given instructions on doing a drug test and submitting paperwork for a background check. There has been very poor communication with the recruiting team. Recruiter never talked to me but only sent a couple of e-mails.
It was easy. The process was simple and straightforward. The pay is not very good, but the onboarding process was smooth, quick, and easy to follow overall.hd It was easy.
