      I completed 2 rounds of interviews with 2 CSM Managers first, then the Director. Each was 30-45 minutes each and the entire process took 2-3 weeks in total. Each had general questions, no case study,

      -Tell me about your past experiences -Can you give me an elevator pitch of what your previous company sold -What generally interests you in Ad-Tech/Digital Media -What excites you most about coming into a nurturing customer relationship position -What was the average size/contract value of your previous deals -Can you tell me about a time you were asked to do something you have never done before - how you went about approaching whatever the new task at hand was -Can you recall a time where your direct manager was unavailable and some sort of problem arose that you typically would have gone to them for and what your take on that situation, who you were able to consult with instead -Can you take me through any current topic in Ad-Tech or Digital Marketing that your particularly interested in -Have you had instances where you have had to deliver negative news to a client or superior manager, how do you handle situations that don’t go according to plan? What would be your train of thought for helping a customer that has a problem going on? - Have you done any research or case studies of campaign performance and can you tell me what you think the most important metrics are that you would want to talk to clients about in terms of evaluating campaign performance? - How would you explain dynamic creative to someone who doesn’t know what it is? - How comfortable are you in generating insights and working with numbers? - How did you prioritize all of your accounts? - From your past experience or day to day activities, what are you most proud of you achieved or carried out?
