Cons:
Extremely unprofessional experience during the recruitment process.
After initially declining the offer, the team reached out again to re-engage, only to backtrack later without clarity or commitment.
Despite being transparent about my notice period and availability, I was misled into believing the opportunity was confirmed.
I resigned and negotiated my exit based on mutual discussions, only to be informed later that they were considering other candidates who could join earlier.
Shows poor planning and a lack of empathy for the candidate's career impact.
Advice to Management:
Please ensure better coordination and integrity in your hiring process. Recruitment is a two-way commitment, and candidates deserve honesty and professionalism—especially when their career decisions are at stake. Reaching out and then pulling back without accountability reflects poorly on the organization and damages trust.
