Interview
- HR Call: typical HR call asking for my motivation
- Talk with Manager: it really depends from your manager. Mine was more a discussion than a typical question / answer interview.
- Talk with the engineering team : on my demand, as it is very important to me to get to know the people I'm going to work the most with.

Question 1
- Which problem did you solve as a Product Manager
People were very nice. It was mostly conversations with many people in the team and in the company in order to assess if you are a good fit. You should prepare classic product manager interview questions.
Received email from HR for the first interview. Interview went well and they were supposed to send followup interview the next week but never heard back. After HR interview there were no response even after multiple follow ups. Could've atleast communicated that they are not moving forward
