      Customer Service Supervisor Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adanola in Apr 2025

      Interview

I had an in-person interview for a role I was genuinely excited about. The conversation itself went well, and I left feeling positive and hopeful. I was told I’d hear back within two weeks, but unfortunately, I never received any update. I followed up with a polite email to ask for feedback, but that was also ignored. It was disappointing to be left completely in the dark after investing time, energy, and interest in the process. A simple response - even just a “no” - would have gone a long way in showing basic respect and professionalism.
