Adcom Group interview questions

It took a couple of weeks but was very convoluted. I applied for a role and got an interview within 20 minutes. The first interview didn't make any sense. They pushed me to interview for the media role when I applied for something else, but I figured I would hear them out. I didn't even receive the job description of the role I was interviewing for until the final round, which HR sent me the wrong one and had to resend the correct one only when I asked. A total of three rounds and the final round was in person for 3 hours. Everyone seemed nice but very all over the place. They ghosted me and hired someone I knew shortly after my final interview. Overall, I could tell from this experience they are not buttoned up as a company and are self-serving when it comes to their recruitment efforts. I'm sure they didn't care about me at all. I would avoid them at all costs as an employer and business partner.

The interview process was standard and typical to what you would experience with any agency. It is very important that you form a connection with the team that you interview with and eventually will be working with.
