Interview
I had conversations with a HR Coordinator, the Senior Account Manager who would be directly managing me, as well as the broader department manager. These conversations were relatively informal and I clicked with each person at each stage as they all brought a certain amount of positivity, respect, and interest in the way they came across which I hadn't experience in previous interview processes where the people felt like they were forced onto the call.

Interview
I received a call to have an initial chat about the job. I then got asked to attend a face to face interview with Becky, which went really well. She was very understanding and professional. and then I was asked to come in again the same week to meet the Manager of the role, Nick, which was more informal and we talked more about the potential role.
I did a remote interview with Human Resources, followed by an in-person interview with departmental staff. During the interview I learned more about Add People, and the types of role available. I was also able to expand on the points raised in my CV and Cover letter.

Interview
The interview process was great. Each phone call and the video call were insightful into the business and into the role, and the interviewers themselves were extremely friendly
The face to face interview was then really well managed also. Both interviewers during this process put me at ease right away and throughout the interview. While running through my previous experience, my suitability to the role, and feedback on the interview task I felt extremely comfortable
