I applied via an agency. The agency initially conducted a telephone interview, talking through my CV. Then they conducted a video interview with some competency questions. I was subsequently invited for an interview after most social-distancing measures ended.

Interview
Interview process was quick and efficient. Difficult at times but I answered every question to the best of my ability. Interviewers were very friendly and professional. They allowed me plenty of time at the end to ask questions.
