I had a first stage online Interview with a member of HR and a member of the team where it was focussed on learning more about the role and for the company to get to know me . I found it very calm and easy to respond to the questions. I then had a second stage in person Interview with the head of the team and this was a longer interview going through in depth questions about my previous jobs and getting to know my personality further and whether I would be suitable for the role.
