Two stage interview process, the first stage of which was a 1 hour online interview with one of the recruitment team and one of the technical team senior members. A range of questions were asked in this stage, relating to personality/values and also some questions relating to my understanding of google ads/analytics. The second stage was an in person interview with the technical team manager and a senior member of the technical team. Questions were quite similar to the first stage but a bit more depth was required in my answers.

After applying I was contacted by a member of HR, who was my point of contact through the interview process. Following this I was put forward for a 1st stage interview with a more senior member of staff alongside my HR contact. Following this I was assigned a task to complete in my own time ahead of the final interview which was in person with the department head and the line manager for my role. Following this interview I head back within 5 days with the results of my interview.
