I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adimab in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied and was contacted roughly 3 weeks later to set up an interview with HR and the hiring manager. The interview was fairly standard (questions regarding my previous experience, why I want to work there, etc.). At the end of the interview, they told me they would let me know about next steps within a week. Two weeks after the interview, I sent a follow-up email. I never heard back from them. This type of behaviour is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Adimab (Lebanon, NH) in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied online, was contacted to set up a 30 minute interview that was a panel of 4 team members on zoom. Next day sent a thank you email and immediately got a response saying I was moved to the next step and 6 references were needed (3 being managers). Sent the reference link to all my people, after a week of all the responses being in, I emailed to check in and see if I needed to do anything further and again I got an immediate response telling me that I have moved to the next stage and they wanted me to come in person for a 4-6 hour onsite interview and would pay for all travel. Basically, I only got moved to the next stage of the interview process if I emailed and checked in on the application and the process - and when I did email I got immediate responses, this was a red flag to me and I withdrew my application at that point and did not go to the onsite interview.
