Interview
First, it starts with a test to gauge different aptitudes; analytical, verbal and memory.
Does who display the requested traits are invited for a remote interview.
A few general and technical questions posed.
More important than knowing is the attitude towards learning.
You have to provide one aptitude test and then get a better score in the exam you get a chance at an interview where you have to show technical skills.

It was pretty straight forward. It took less than a week to finalize. You are asked questions to test IQ, technicality, and soft skills. It takes at least 35min for each of these steps.

The interview process was simple. Contacted through email and a 30-40 mins interview with some technical questions and riddles. Overall it was easy. After the interview links were sent to join the company slack and other platforms, after which an offer letter was provided.
