      Mar 27, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Adjust

      Interview

The process took around a month and a half and was fully remote. 1. I applied online, and then received a test which I had a few days to solve. It was a fair test and required me to write a function to process some data from and api. 2. Couple days after the submission, I received and email that they liked my solution and invited me to an hr interview. The interviewer was really friendly and professional, and we talked about my experiences, motivation and what I can expect. 3. I passed the hr interview and they scheduled a meeting with one of the hiring leads. We talked about the role and position, and he asked me some technical questions after which we had a small live coding exercise. 4. The next step was a live coding session with 2 of their senior frontend engineers. The interviewers were really professional and showed deep knowledge. They asked me general javascript questions, them questions about React. We then had to solve 3 exercises in a live session. 5. I received an email that I passed the interview and scheduled a final interview with a hiring lead again. We talked about the role more and he also asked some general technical questions.
