Went through a recruiter for the interview. She seemed nice and personable on the phone. Nothing about the interview itself was terrible to be honest. The recruiter answered any question I had about the position and the company. However, learning that the position was a 1099 position with no benefits, low pay (in my opinion), no guarantee of annual raises, etc., the position seemed like a dream at that point.
