1. Telephonic (45 mins) - HR, to know more about me & my work experiences Also to explain about their company and what they do.
2. Telephonic (30 mins) - TL + HR, some basic technical & about my project
3. Face to Face (approx 1hr) - Manager + TL + HR, Fully technical & deep dive into my projects and my work experience
4. Face to Face (more than 1hr) - MD + PM, prior to this interview HR told me that this is just to test my behavior/attitude and how I will handle issues, incident management etc.,
But It was like a stress test, frankly speaking, I didn't understand the motive of this interview.
HR took 1 week to respond on outcome of the interview (even after 2 followup emails), nothing mentioned my application got rejected because they got more qualified candidates than me.
