Three interviews and two tests. First interview was via phone with outside recruiter, then an SQL test, then a second phone internal recruiter, third was in person with various team members.. First was a director with an SQL test. Second was a pair of team members who talked about the job but never really asked questions to help determine if I was a suitable candidate for them. The third was a manager for another team (acting manager for the hiring team) and was candid about where they were and where they were headed. Was very difficult to get a good feel of where I fit for them.
